This privacy policy applies to the Müzik Pınarı mobile application (package name: com.artemis.mupi) developed by Yunus Emre Tekin ("Developer"). Müzik Pınarı is a media playback application that allows users to search and preview online music as well as playing and managing local music files stored on their devices.

By downloading and using the application, you agree to the conditions and data processing procedures outlined in this policy.

To enable its core features, Müzik Pınarı requires access to the following permissions on your Android device:

• Audio/Media Files Access (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Used to scan, list, and play audio files stored on your local device. Without this permission, the local library features will not function.
• Internet Access (INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to perform online searches (e.g. Deezer previews), fetch dynamic configurations from Firebase Remote Config, and deliver push notifications.
• Location Access (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION & ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Used by our third-party advertising partner (Yandex Mobile Ads) to deliver relevant, localized advertisements based on your approximate geographic region.
• Push Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Powered by OneSignal, this permission is used to send you music recommendations, updates, and technical notifications. It is optional and can be disabled in the system settings anytime.
• Foreground Services (FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK): Used to run a media session service based on Android Media3, allowing the music to play continuously when the app is minimized or the screen is turned off.

Our app never collects or transmits sensitive personal data such as your name, passwords, phone numbers, or email addresses to our own servers.

However, to ensure app stability, detect bugs, and optimize advertising services, some technical information might be collected automatically by integrated third-party SDKs. This includes:

• Device Manufacturer, Model, and Operating System version
• IP Address (used by third parties for regional security and routing)
• Advertising Identifier (Advertising ID - used for ad personalization)
• Application crash reports and error logs
• Notification subscription status and unique device token

The app contains third-party SDKs that process data under their own independent privacy policies. These partners include:

All your user generated playlists, song rankings, and recently played history are stored locally on your device's sandbox environment (Room Database or SharedPreferences).

This data is completely isolated, is not shared with third parties, and is never synchronized to the cloud. When you uninstall the application, all this local data is automatically purged by the Android OS.

Müzik Pınarı is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the event that we discover a child under 13 has provided personal details, we immediately delete this information from our systems (or request our partners to do so).
